賀茂真淵

賀茂真淵: かものまぶち【賀茂真淵】

(1697-1769) 江戸中期の国学者・歌人。本姓，岡部。号，県居(アガタイ)。遠江(トオトウミ)の人。荷田春満(カダノアズママロ)に学び，のち田安宗武に仕えた。万葉集を中心に古典を広く研究し，純粋な古代精神（古道）の復活を説いた。門下に本居宣長・村田春海・加藤千蔭・荒木田久老・楫取魚彦(カトリナヒコ)らがいる。著「万葉考」「歌意考」「国意考」「冠辞考」「祝詞考」など。
